<p>Out of all the baked creations that are prepared at Madarn’s Bake House <strong>Back in the Day</strong> a classic vanilla pound cake gives off an aroma while cooking that I want to bottle and wear as perfume. The taste is priceless as well!</p>

<p>My secret to making uniform cupcakes and cookies are 2 oz trigger ice cream scoop for scooping and butter knife for leveling.</p>
<p>The ice cream scoop and butter knife work together as a team one not out shining the other perfect harmony. Once the all the ingredients have been added and mixed together for cupcakes. It time to grab the ice cream scoop and fill it up with batter and then level the scoop off with the butter knife before releasing the batter into prepare cupcake pan.</p>
